Coastal Cooking is taped bi-monthly at the WEAR Channel 3 studios in Pensacola, Florida. The show is hosted by Carmela Campbell of ESP Natural Gas, produced by Jeff Rogers of E.W. Bullock Associates and directed by Byron Pfordte of WEAR TV3. Cameras are operated by Devon Michelle and Kaitlin Wicks. Audio for the show is supervised by Ladon Long and Amber Gray produces the graphics.

Coastal Cooking has been on the air since January 1994 and has developed a large loyal following over the years. Since its inception, Coastal Cooking has received thousands of recipe requests via snail mail, email and telephone. Recipes are available on this site.
