Grill pita bread with butter. Cook chicken breast as you like it (grilled, baked, etc.)
Bruchetta topping: grape tomatoes, cut in half; minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar or glaze. Place cooked chicken on pita, top with bruchetta topping and feta cheese.
