BAKED SALMON WITH ORANGE MARMALADE HONEY

12 oz. salmon

1 Tbsp. butter infused with olive oil

2 Tbsp. butter

Pinch of salt and pepper

2 Tbsp. orange marmalade

2 Tbsp. honey

 

Preheat gas oven to 375 degrees. Place salmon, skin side own on shallow baking sheet. Pat dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive on salmon. Season lightly with salt and pepper.  Rub 2 Tbsp. butter into the top and sides of salmon. Bake for 3 minutes. Combine honey and orange marmalade while the salmon is baking. Remove salmon from oven, cover with the honey/marmalade mixture. Bake an additional 4 minutes. Serves 2
