32 oz. soy milk
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. cardamom
1 cup basmati rice
2 Tbsp. almond butter
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 pinch sea salt

In a saucepan, bring soy milk, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves to a boil. Add rice, cover pan, reduce heat and simmer for one hour. Stir in almond butter and maple syrup. Fill ramekins with pudding and chill in refrigerator before serving.
