BLACKENED CHICKEN AND SESAME TUNA WITH PINEAPPLE MANGO SALSA

PINEAPPLE MANGO SALSA:
Fresh pineapple, diced
Fresh mango, diced
Red onion, diced
Minced garlic
Salt and pepper
Sweet Thai chile
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

BLACKENED CHICKEN AND SESAME TUNA:
Blackening or Cajun seasoning
Black and white sesame seeds
Chicken breast
Fresh tuna filet
Rub oil on the chicken breast. Season with blackening or Cajun seasoning. Brown in a saute pan and finish cooking in a 400 degree oven.
Rub oil on tuna. Mix black and white sesame seeds in a bowl. Place tuna in the bowl and cover with sesame seeds. Sear tuna in a saute pan until desired doneness.
