Ingredients

  • Grouper filet
  • Grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • Diced garlic
  • Diced shallot
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chiffonade of fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Pan sear grouper until done (if grouper is thick, finish in oven.) Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and serve over grouper filet. Top with feta cheese is desired.
