4 cups small chunks of fish fillets (red fish or snapper)
Juice of 2 limes
Real Lime 100{910ba365e121692e44307249ef9b3d305cf5759c277ded8dd2d1e7d99c5351e6} lime juice
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
½ cup chopped sweet onion
½ cup chopped tomato
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup ketchup
1 can Publix Diet Ginger Ale
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Juice of 1 tangerine

Place chunks of fish in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Add juice of 2 limes and cover the rest with bottled lime juice to cover fish. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for one hour and check to see if it is white throughout. Do not refrigerator for more than 2 hours. Add chopped vegetables, cilantro, and ketchup to fish. Stir gently, then add ginger ale, chopped garlic and juice of tangerine. Eat with fried green plantains or tortilla chips.
