1 – 4 1/2 oz. triple cream goat brie wheel
1 lb. fingerling potatoes
Sea Salt
Olive oil

Score an “x” on top of the brie and roast in oven for 14 minutes at 350 degrees. Blanch fingerling potatoes in salted water for approximately 12 minutes or until tender. Slice in half and caramelize in a sauté pan with olive oil. Place around roasted brie and top with sea salt. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serves 4
