Honey Butter:
½ cup clarified butter
¼ cup honey
¼ cup heavy cream

Heat honey until soft in a saucepan. Add clarified butter and incorporate until melted. Add heavy cream and stir until it brings the mixture together.

French Toast:

2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. honey
Salt to taste
Texas toast, cut into thirds
3 small flour tortillas

Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, honey and salt in a bowl. Take slices of Texas toast and dip in mixture. Place each piece into flour tortilla and roll into flautas. Place in freezer until time to cook. Fry in hot oil until brown. Serve with Honey Butter.
