12 oz. sliced grilled chicken breast
6 oz. spring mix
½ cup seedless grapes
¼ cup chopped toasted pecan pieces
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
5 oz. sliced fresh strawberries
Dijon honey mustard dressing

Toss all ingredients except strawberries and dressing together in a large bowl. Add just enough dressing to coat lightly. Plate salad and garnish with strawberries. Serves 2
