Tzatzki Sauce:
1 cup unflavored plain yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and drained
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
3 mint leaves
Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Burgers:
1 lb. ground lamb
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. fresh rosemary
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Finely chop garlic, onion, rosemary, and marjoram; add to the lamb and beef. Season with salt and pepper. Hand-patty into 8 oz. patties and grill to desired doneness. Serve on bun with Tzatzki Sauce, tomato, lettuce.
