¼ cup Old Bay seasoning
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. shrimp, peeled, tail on (31-35 ct.)
2 Tbsp. Tony’s seasoning
Pinch of salt
2 qts. water

Add ingredients, except shrimp, to a kettle and boil for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and turn off heat. Cook until pink; strain water and transfer to an ice bath.
