Kingfisher Fried Mullet

 

 
Egg Wash
1 broken egg wash with salt and pepper
House seasoning (Cajun seasoning)
½ cup of buttermilk

Batter
Cup of cornmeal
Quarter cup of flour
Half teaspoon House seasoning
Half teaspoon of salt

Coat marinade on both sides of mullet fillet and place in cornmeal batter. Fry mullet filets until light brown.
