2 lbs. lion fish
1 cup cornmeal
Salt and pepper
½ cup flour
Lemon, quartered
1 egg
½ cup milk
Make sure you have hot oil in a skillet. Mix cornmeal, salt and pepper, and flour in a bowl. Place nugget-size lion fish in egg wash then toss in cornmeal mixture. Fry 4 minutes. Serve with lemon and cocktail sauce.

Cocktail Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp. horseradish
Splash of Tabasco sauce and Worcesteshire sauce

Mix in a bowl and serve with lion fish.
