CULINARY PRODUCTIONS

1 lb. headless shrimp (16-20 ct.)
1 lb. Cajun rope sausage
1 ear fresh corn on the cob
1 lb. new potatoes
1 large yellow onion
1 stick butter, unsalted
1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. granulated garlic
Cayenne to taste

Start by boiling potatoes to speed up the cooking process. Once potatoes are cooked, remove from water and set aside. In a large skillet, melt butter, then add sausage, onion, and corn. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add potatoes and shrimp to the pan and cook until shrimp are done (about 3-4 minutes.) Stir in seasonings and mix well.
