Boneheads Grill
KENDRICK HOBBS

Start with a 7-9 oz. Mahi Mahi filet. Brush a layer of oil or butter on Mahi and season to taste. Preheat grill to 400-500 degrees. When grill is to temperature, place the Mahi at a 45 degree angle. Turn the Mahi about 90 degrees after 2-3 minutes. After another 2-3 minutes, carefully flip the Mahi and continue to cook. After 8-10 minutes, the Mahi should be fully cooked. To check, you can carefully crack the Mahi and if it separates and is completely white, it is done. Add a topping to add some flavor and serve with your choice of vegetable or side.
