Recipe: MUSSLES MCGUIRE

Ingredients

  • 1- 1/4 lb. black mussels
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • McGuire’s Steak Shake
  • Fresh whole butter
  • French Bread

Instructions

  1. Add mussels, tomatoes, green onions, garlic, wine and Steak shake to a large saute pan. Cover and cook on high gas heat for 3-4 minutes. Toss with 5 Tbsp. soft butter and cover for one more minute. Serve with toasted French bread.
