Lightly dust seafood with Jerry’s Cajun Dust. Fry in canola oil until browned. Spread olive oil from salad mix onto both sides of bread. Place salad mix on bottom side of bread. Layer seafood on top of salad mix. Top with other layer of bread. ENJOY!
