JIMMY’S ROASTED POTATOES

Add diced potatoes, then add the rest of ingredients, and blend. Place potatoes on a cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. They may be stir fried in a skillet. Cook until golden brown. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve.

1 tsp. Jerry’s Cajun seasoning or to taste
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper
1 tsp. diced parsley
