POT ROAST & PINOT

1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Key lime juice
2 oz. heavy cream
Pinch of salt
3 cups coarsely crushed graham crackers
Popsicle sticks

Combine condensed milk, heavy cream and salt and whisk together until thoroughly combined. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for about 5 hours, or until completely frozen. Dip in lukewarm water for 10 seconds to unmold each popsicle. Serve with graham cracker crumbs.
