½ head Bibb lettuce
3 Tbsp. red quinoa, cooked
½ apple, sliced
10-12 toasted hazelnuts
2-3 strips hickory-maple bacon (chopped)
2 oz. white balsamic vinaigrette

Break up Bibb lettuce leaves and place in a bowl. Toss with vinaigrette. Place on a plate and sprinkle with quinoa. Spread bacon over salad. Add hazelnuts and apple slices.
