ROASTED DUCK, MUSHROOM AND ASPARAGUS FLATBREAD

½ cup roasted duck (seasoned chicken can be substituted)
½ cup assorted fresh mushrooms, chopped
½ cup cooked Italian sausage
½ cup thin asparagus, raw
¾ cup tomato sauce
½ cup shredded cheese blend
½ cup red sauce
1 each 12” flour tortilla

Spread red sauce on tortilla first. Top with rest of the toppings. Be sure to precook any meats and keep vegetable toppings to ones that do not need a long cooking time. Cook in 450 degree oven for about 12 minutes.
