Ingredients

  • Pinch of diced garlic
  • Pinch of diced shallots
  • Julienned red onions
  • Kalamata olives
  • Small amount of sliced pepperoncini
  • Grapes tomatoes
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Cavenders Greek seasoning
  • Sherry wine
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined (26-30)

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic and shallots in extra virgin olive oil. Add red onions and sauté. Add remaining ingredients and sauté. Deglaze bottom of pan with sherry wine. Top with feta cheese.
