SPINACH TURKEY BURGER SLIDERS WITH BASIL AIOLI

Portabello Turkey Burgers

1 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. cumin
3 cups fresh spinach, destemmed and chopped
2 scallions, finely sliced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into 12 patties, ½ inch thick and 3 inches in diameter. Cook on medium heat in 4 Tbsp. of olive oil on each side for 5 minutes. Serve on a sliced small bun with Basil Aioli, fresh greens, red onion and dill pickle.

Basil Aioli:
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Fresh ground pepper

Mix ingredients together. Can add other herbs such as thyme, lemon thyme, oregano or parsley.
