STONE FRUIT AND FETA SALAD

1 pear
1 peach of plum
Spinach
2 Tbsp. feta cheese
1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
Balsamic reduction

Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing:
Mix equal parts on honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar and balsamic reduction.

Saute fruit wedges in dressing for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Place heaping pile of spinach on plate and place fruit on top. Top salad with feta, sunflower seeds and balsamic reduction drizzle. Serve with dressing on the side.
