4 oz. sushi grade tuna
1 Tbsp. wasabi powder
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. wakami seaweed
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. dashi flakes
Pickled ginger
Dikon radish
Carrots
Avocado
Brioche bun

Combine mayonnaise, wasabi powder, seaweed, soy sauce and dashi flakes in a bowl. Cook tuna to desired temperature. Place mayonnaise mixture on bun, top with tuna and remaining ingredients.
