TURKISH LAMB AND PORK MEATBALLS WITH YOGURT MINT SAUCE

Meatballs:
½ lb. ground lamb
½ lb. ground pork
1 Tbsp. dried mint
½ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. ground fennel
2 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground pepper
2/3 cup bread crumbs
½ small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced

Blend all ingredients by hand, let rest 5 minutes, form into balls.

Yogurt Sauce:
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
½ cup light chicken stock
2 Tbsp. flour

Whisk flour into cold stock and then into the yogurt. Whisk a few times and when lightly simmering, add meatballs and gently stir every few minutes. Meatballs should be done in about 12 minutes.
