WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

2 Tbsp. water
5 oz. white chocolate, chopped
2 cups whipping cream

Whip the cream to soft peaks; set aside. Melt the chocolate and water in the microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring after each. Let cool slightly and whisk into the cream. Set in the refrigerator until set.
