Tear French bread into pieces and add to pan. Slice bananas and add to the pan. Whisk together eggs, milk, and sugar and pour over bread and banana mix. Bake for 30-35 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
Sauce: Melt the butter in a medium sauté pan. Whisk in the brown sugar. Once the brown sugar and butter are mixed together, add the heavy cream and stir. Serve sauce over bread pudding.
