1 box vanilla wafers
1 cup almonds
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 sticks unsalted butter
8 egg yolks
6 fresh squeezed limes
2 cans sweetened condensed milk

Melt 2 sticks of butter in a 10” skillet. Using a food processor, combine dry ingredients (wafers, almonds, cinnamon) and process until coarse texture. Pour dry ingredients into melted pan of butter. (This part can be made easier by putting the crust in the freezer a little while to harden up as to make it easier to press the crust to the side of the pan.) Combine condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice, then whisk together. Slowly pour into a chilled pie crust, then bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Put skillet in refrigerator overnight to allow to set up.
