1 lb. flank steak
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stick unsalted butter
8- 6”wooden skewers

Pour soy sauce over flank steak then season with brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper. Insert skewers into flank steak roughly 1 inch apart before cooking. Over medium gas heat, melt butter then place flank steak in pan and cook each side for 3-4 minutes. Once the steak is done, let it rest on a cutting board for another 3-4 minutes. Slice steak between each skewer and place on a platter.

Ponzu Sauce:
1 cup soy sauce
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 orange
Juice from 1 lime
½ cup heavy cream

In a pan, warm soy sauce over medium gas heat. Add juices. Whisk in the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer 2-3 minutes. Once sauce has thickened, pour into a bowl and serve on the side or drizzle over your skewers. Serves 8-10
