Flour to make roux
2 garlic cloves
2 chopped fresh tomatoes
1 small green pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup white wine
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Cooked pasta
Grilled chicken

Heal oil in a large sauté pan. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add enough flour to thicken. Add wine until creamy. Add Cajun seasoning and heavy whipping cream. Heat to bubbling. Serve with grilled chicken over pasta. Grate fresh parmesan cheese on top.
