6 oz. chicken breast
1 piece of sliced ham
1 slice of Swiss cheese
4 asparagus, trimmed and partially cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. shallots, chopped
2 oz. heavy cream
Chicken flavoring base
Chopped parsley for garnish

Place chicken breast, skin side down, and pound with mallet. Season with salt and pepper. Place ham slice, top with cheese and place asparagus in the middle. Take the bottom point of chicken breast and roll up into a cylinder shape. Place on baking dish. Drizzle with 1 tsp. of olive oil. Place in 425 degree preheated oven with a little water in the pan. Cook until done (10-14 minutes.) In another pan, add the other teaspoon of oil Add shallots, and cook until translucent. Add heavy cream and chicken flavoring. Reduce to sauce-like consistency. Place chicken on plate, top with sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
