1 green bell peppers
½ yellow onion
½ jalapeño
1 tbsp garlic
6 oz. crème cheese
1.5 lbs. crab claw meat
1 tbsp. blackening seasoning
2 tbsp. parsley
1 carrots (chopped)
½ tsp. white pepper
1 cups mayonnaise
3 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
½ lime
3 cups ground tortilla chips
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Chop garlic, carrots, onion, and peppers and sauté in a pan with oil. Mix all other ingredients together except for crab meat, vegetables, and tortilla chips. Add in tortilla chips and let set for five minutes then add vegetables and crab meat. Pick through the crab meat to make sure no shells are in the mixture. Make 2.5 oz. cakes.
