Ingredients
8 oz. shredded pot roast
3 oz. sautéed onions
2 oz. Swiss cheese
10 eggroll wrappers
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together and roll in eggroll shape sealing the eggs with water. Deep fry until brown.
