1 cup yellow onion, small dice
1 cup green pepper, small dice
1 cup celery, small dice
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 qt. beer
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seafood base
1 tsp. chicken base
1 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp. blackening seasoning
2 Tbsp. butter, at room temperature
1 lb. shrimp, 26/30 ct.
1 cup cooked rice

Add first 9 ingredients to a sauce pan over medium heat. Reduce by half. When reduced, add heavy cream and blackening seasoning. Reduce by ΒΌ. Turn down heat to a simmer and slowly whisk in butter. Add shrimp and cook half-way. Then add rice. Cook until shrimp are fully cooked. Drizzle with Horsey Sauce.
