4 slices of wheat bread
8 slices of cooked bacon
Boston lettuce
1 ripe tomato, sliced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Salt and pepper
14 oysters
1 cup seasoned corn flour

Toast bread and coat both sides with the mayonnaise mixed with garlic, salt and pepper and basil. Dust oysters with seasoned corn flour; fry and then drain. Build sandwich with the bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and oysters.
