1 fresh pack of ramen noodles
½ lb. ground pork
½ cup bean sprouts
1/8 cup julienne carrots
1/8 cup julienne green cabbage
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
6 Tbsp. pad thai sauce
4 Tbsp. fish/soy sauce mixture
1 pinch black pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Fill a small pot half full of water. Bring to a boil, add ramen and cook for 4-5 minutes. In a wok or large sauté pan over high heat, add oil and ground pork. Cook until done. Add garlic, sprouts, cabbage, carrots, green onion, and cook for 2 minutes. Add ramen noodles, pad thai sauce, fish/soy sauce, pinch of black pepper and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
