Recipe: ROASTED GARLIC SOUP

Ingredients
- 1 cup garlic
- 2 cups bread
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 ½ qt. stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cream + 2 cups milk
- Olive oil
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil, whole garlic cloves and onion over medium gas heat in a heavy pot. When
- garlic is soft, add stock, milk and cream. Bring to a simmer and add bread torn in
- pieces. Blend with hand-blender and season. Garnish with chopped chives.
