Another Broken Egg

1 bagel, toasted
2 oz. whipped cream cheese
2½ oz. smoked salmon
2 eggs, poached medium
1 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
1 onion, diced
1 Tbsp. capers

Lightly toast a bagel and place in a brown skillet. Evenly spread the cream cheese over the bagel halves. Layer/fluff the salmon over the bagel for more height. Poach 2 eggs until the whites are cooked through and firm and the yolks are still runny. Place the eggs over the salmon, one on each bagel half. Evenly sprinkle the capers, green onions, red onions over the salmon and eggs.
