1 Telera roll, cut in half lengthwise

1 slice Monterey Jack cheese

6 oz. turkey, thinly sliced

2 pieces cooked bacon

4 slices thinly sliced avocado

2 slices tomato


Lightly toast the Telera roll on a lightly buttered 350 degree griddle. Warm the turkey on a 350 degree griddle for one minute. Do not overcook or it will be dry. Turn the turkey over to warm the other side and place the bacon followed by the tomato and avocado on top. Place the Jack cheese over the avocado. When the cheese has melted, transfer to the bottom half of the Telera roll. Place the top half of the roll over the sandwich. Garnish with orange slices and pickle spear. Can also be served with Country potatoes. Serves 1
