Ahi Tuna Salad


Chopped cilantro

Chopped green onion

Chopped red and green peppers

Sweet chili sauce

Diced pineapple


Season Ahi tuna filet with blackening seasoning. Add butter to a sauté skillet and cook tuna to desired doneness. Serve over salad greens or as an entrée served with rice and grilled vegetables. May also be topped with Pineapple Salsa.

Pineapple Salsa: Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
