1 bag of frozen cut okra (2 lb.)
1 ½ lbs. beef stew meat
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. each salt and pepper

Cook beef in a pot of water to cover. Saute okra with a little oil in a sauté pan. Add okra and other ingredients to beef. Cook until ingredients are warmed through.
