10 Mar Brussel Sprouts, Bacon, & BG Hot Honey Posted at 11:44h in home, side-dishes by cc2021 Ingredients 1lb Brussels, blanched and halved 8oz bacon sliced thin, julienne 1oz cooking oil 2oz BG Hot Honey Instructions: Add oil to hot pan, add bacon and render down to the desired crispiness. Remove bacon fat, reserve for later.Add Brussels and begin to crisp the sprouts. Shake the pan only to check for sticking. It’s important to let them cook. Add 2oz water to deglaze the pan.
