Fall Salad


1 – 8oz chicken breast grilled cubed and chilled

3 oz. cheddar cheese

1 bag spring mix

2 oz pumkin seeds

1/4 cup basalmic vinegar

2 oz olive oil

6 oz. butternutt squaish cubed and baked

1 honey crisp apple

2 tbsp craisins

1/4 cup maple vinegar

2 tbsp maple syrup

Dash of Mcguires Steak shake


Peel and de seed squaish. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes and drizzle with olive oile. Sprinkle with steak shake and bake at 350 until tender. About 15 to 20min- Set aside to cool. Grill chicken breast and chill. Cut into cubes along with apples. Mix vinegars with oils and syrup, add steak shake and wisk well. Add greens to bowl sprinkle craisins, cheese, apples, pumpkin seeds. Top with baked squaish and chicken breast. Add dressing as desired.
