1 egg yolk
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Celery seed
Break egg yolk and stir as you add a teaspoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of red wine vinegar
Teaspoon and a half of Dijon mustard
Stir as you add half a cup of canola oil
Stir as you add buttermilk

3 cups of sliced green cabbage
1 cup of sliced red cabbage
1/2 of a large carrot sliced

Toss ingredients and serve.
