Kingfisher Coleslaw

Ingredients

1 egg yolk

Pinch of salt and black pepper

Celery seed

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 ½ tsp. Red wine vinegar

½ cup. Canola oil

1/4 cup Buttermilk

3 cups of sliced green cabbage

1 cup of sliced red cabbage

1/2 of a large carrot sliced

Instructions:

Break egg yolk and stir as you add lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Stir as you add canola oil and buttermilk. Toss in other ingredients and serve.
