1-2 green apples
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 sheet puff pastry
½ stick butter

Chop apples into ½ inch chunks. Mix chopped apples with cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla. Roll out puff pastry. Place apple mixture in center of pastry sheet. Roll up the edges of the pastry to completely encompass the apple mixture. Be sure to seal all your edges. Brush the top of pastry with melted butter. Place on middle rack in the oven and broil until golden brown.
