2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
4 garlic cloves
Anchovy paste to taste
Romaine lettuce
½ cup olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Croutons
Black pepper

Mash anchovy paste and garlic together in a wooden bowl. Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and olive oil. Add romaine, croutons, parmesan cheese and fresh cracked pepper. Toss together.
