13 Apr Kingfisher Fried Mullet
1 broken egg wash w/ salt & pepper
House seasoning (Cajun seasoning)
½ cup of buttermilk
Cup of cornmeal
Quarter cup of flour
Half teaspoon House seasoning
Half teaspoon of salt
Coat marinade on both sides of mullet fill and place in cornmeal batter.
Fry mullet filets until light brown.
