Kingfisher Cheese Grits


CND Cornmeal or grits
½ cup of grits to 2 cups of water
Pinch of salt

Cheese sauce:
Quarter of a yellow onion, diced
Salt and pepper with onion
Butter quarter stick of butter (1/3 cup of butter)
2 teaspoons of canola oil
1/3 cup of flour
Cup of milk
Stir until thickens
Quarter teaspoon of mustard powder
House seasoning (cajun seasoning) ½ teaspoon
Hot sauce (to taste)

Mix cheese sauce with grits.
